We do a thorough check before dispatch to ensure the best reaches you.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item, an unboxing video is required to process any damage claim. Please ensure you record yourself opening the package before handling the item. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
